"domain belongs to user" error

Hello,

At first I tried to open an account with the domain "darina.us" but I have not received any mail from you, so I tried to do it again with a subdomain "suslik.heliohost.org".

The second time I used a different mail address and it finally worked.

The problem is that when I try to park the "darina.us" domain in my second account ("suslik") it shows me the following error:

 

"Error from park wrapper: darina.us is owned by another user."

 

Since the first user account is inactive, can you please cancel it and allow me to park it in the second one (suslik)?

Hi, I want to delete the darina.us account.

Currently the darina.us domain points to awardspace, but I want to move to heliohost.

You can see that http://suslik.heliohost.org looks the same.. I just want to transfer the domain now, but I can't do it because it is "taken" by other user (which is also me).

Ok darina.us has been deleted from our database. You should be able to add it as a parked domain now.

I configured darina.us to point to the same server as suslik.heliohost.org (If you ping them, you will get the same ip)

by changing the nameservers in godaddy.

 

But parking of the domain does not work.

www.darina.us fails (while suslik.heliohost.org is ok).

And in addition if you go to mail.darina.us you will see that my account is queued.. what does not make sense...
