[Solved] WebMail doesn't receive email

Hello,

I have a problem with the cpanel webmail function; It never receive email from other site..

I even try sending message to myself but it never receive it.

I tried checking trash, junk, draft but no mail..

Please help..

You need to post your username and domain name.

Did you make a new email account as opposed to using the default account?

No, i use the email provided with my acc. ; wanhuz@cloudyanime.co.cc

my domain : cloudyanime.co.cc

username: wanhuz
