Domain is automatically disabled

Hello, I want to inquire about my domains (both) being automatically disabled after several days. Why does this happen, and what should I take care of to prevent it from happening again?

Domains are automatically disabled if they are not hosted with us (having an A and/or AAAA record pointing somewhere else other than our service) if you are just using our service as an email or database service then an exception can be added to your account in the system so i won't keep disabling your domains. The reason we do this is to try to conserve server resources.
