Im creating a free windows visible code source software, but want to protect my self.

Hi there i am creating a portable free tool to help peoples decide color combinations that they could use. Also the source codes can show any expert there is no bad intentions, no virus or what so ever bad. Because in mostly all peoples life, peoples use colors to present products, websites, softwares, food box,s as cereal and much more. So whith the help of some ia, but mostly all the thinking come from my self (nothing copied even from free source codes) all with my own thinking, the structure, the tools, the positions of each things and much more. I have to think as "monumental", because there are some times hundred of peoples creating softwares and me i am all alone. But dont worry i have made some cross-check with free different  ai the code sources, to be certain that all things is all right.

Now here is the thing, i dont want that some peoples say that it's them or some multinational company say its them who have made the source codes. So i think i should put some terms. What i have think is some text as this:

This software is a gift of gratitude from me (the "Author") to the human chain. Created in March or April or May 2026 (still under construction), it is designed as a tool for cognitive comfort and universal color harmony.

1. THE ZERO-AUTOMATION DOGMA
This software is strictly manual. No AI, algorithm, or automation shall interfere with the user's focus or the Author’s original intent. Sovereignty belongs to the human operator.

2. ABSOLUTE FINANCIAL IMMUNITY
The Author provides this software for FREE.

Zero Profit: No person, entity, or homonym is authorized to monetize this work.

Asset Protection: The Author is "Judgment-Proof." His personal assets, subsistence, and future savings are strictly inviolable and cannot be seized or targeted by any legal action related to this software.

3. IDENTITY & ANTI-PERSONIFICATION

Author Verification: The identity of the Author is tied to the unique chain of creative intent documented in (some month) 2026.

Homonym Exclusion: No person with the same name or a similar digital footprint can claim rights to this work.

Health Protection: Any future physical trauma, memory loss, or health event suffered by the Author shall not invalidate his paternity or his rights. The source code history serves as his permanent external memory.

4. PRIVACY & SOVEREIGNTY

Digital Freedom: The Author’s use of VPNs, encryption, or changing geographic locations is a fundamental right.

Non-Static Identity: Authorship is proven by the internal logic of the code and historical development records, not by static IP addresses or ISP logs.

5. NO LIABILITY (AS-IS)
This software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. As the Author seeks only to do good, he shall not be held responsible for any hardware or system malfunctions.

Also as told i want to protect my self and dont want any problems of any kinds. Also the software is portable and does not need any installation, access to the registry, no need for internet also at all; brief it is an all in one pack. Also with the source codes open show no bad intentions. Also can even be tested like (not sure) i thit there are sofware that create some invisible barrier around an executable, to see if it attack the barrier? So any users also will no it dont do any bad things at all. Brief i just want to indicate, yes its just me who have build this windows software from my own thinkings and not some other person.

You know, and im gonna write (emotionaly), i dont know when i wont be any more and be underground, i just want to leave good footprints into peoples lives and for the lives of the generations that come. Many times i have said and real mention how much i appreciate each of you good peoples, that do and want good things for me. I can say because i think of my life without each of you that did so much good things for me and into my life. This is how much i have respect, appreciations and recognitions for each and all of you. I'm not just telling the admins and moderators here for me. Im also thinking of the chain link of peoples: like all the peoples that work at place that filter the water that enter the place i live, the peoples that work in electricity, the peoples that work in telecommunications, the peoples that work in transportations, the peoples that work in the food industries and so much more.

Who know maybe ill live up to 100 years old, maybe less i dont know and hope to live long. But at my age (im not saying that i have 70 years old hihihi). It is so much important for me to give my sincere thanks and appreciations to each of you. Also its certainly not because you are an admin here or moderators, that gonna stop me to give my appreciations, respect and recognitions sincerely; this goes to the rest of the good peoples into my life. I always wanted good things for peoples, had no bad intentions; think of the many years im with you Helio as proof and sustainly of all my good intentions to all. Maybe i have done some errors, (im not perfect) but i know that my intentions are not bad at all.

Thats why i have think to create with the help of some ai, create a universal color tool portable, light, even compatible with old os like windows xp to windows 11 and more. Also because every things in it all things are vectoriel, so it dont loose at all quality what ever resolutions. I even have think of if some computer have some problems, like many keyboards, many mouse, many screens and much more. Brief want that it is completely secure for all and dont even attack the physical material, dont attack the operating system, no need for internet as an all in one pack.

Its been many weeks im on this personnal free projects, i have other things to do to complete. Just want to simply give my sincere thanks to all the good peoples into my life, even give my thanks to the peoples that i will never meet that make my life good. It simply as that!
