[Solved] php version problem...?

I'm learning how to use laravel to make a simple crud app or something, (schoolwork) and tried to do it in here hoping for a better performance when loading things and such, but when i try to load the app from my repo: www.github.com/kenzieshane/laravel-thingy , it spews up this error:
