Domains w/out "www" don't work

This just occured today: any domain without a www prefix will receive a "Account queued" error. For example, if I type in "heliohost.org", I get "Account Queued", but if I type in www.heliohost.org, I get your web site. This applies to all domains, and subdomains pointed to ns1.heliohost.org, and ns2.heliohost.org I have included screenshots to demontrate below:

Seems we were down this morning but it has since been resolved.

Ok I cleared my browsers cache and everything is working fine now
