I can't access ftp account using ftp apps

Hello,

 

I can't seem to access my ftp account using Filezilla and I get the following error:

 

Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".

 

So I can't do anything with my new site until I have access to it. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you

You don't own dscomusc.org. We don't provide domain names. You'll either have to purchase that domain name or let us change it to a heliohost sub-domain:

 

i.e. dscomusc.heliohost.org
