Requesting domain change

Hello,

 

I've recently signed up and chose the .co.cc domain option. I assumed they were automatically registered via this free service: http://www.co.cc so I went ahead with registration to find out that my domain is already registered. Can anyone change my domain to a .heliohost subdomain? preferably john.heliohost.org or johnny.heliohost.org.

 

The signup domain I used was johnny.co.cc if it makes it easier to track down.

Hmm...it's been about 2 days and john.heliohost.org responds with "Server not found". Have you guys been having problems with the account queue?

Yes we've had a small problem and it's been corrected. Your site should be up in a day or two. Sorry for the wait.

Your site is still showing in the queue. We've had a backlog of new accounts and that's why your still not up. Give it another day and if your site still isn't up tomorrow post back and I'll take care of it.
