[Solved] Incoming Mail Server Port?

Hi,

 

I am setting up a Support Desk where users can request help for my site. I would like to enable it so the software can use my email address, and convert incoming mail into a new ticket.

 

However, it is asking for an Incoming Mail Server Port? I have only found the port for outgoing mail, so please can somebody tell me the Incoming Port?

More than likely the incoming and outgoing port are the same which is Port 25, but since I'm not 100% sure we'll ask djbob.

Specifically what protocol are you looking at?
