MySQL & PostgreSQL creation problem

When I try to create a new MySQL database I get this error:

,,There was a problem creating the database..

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.,,

 

I don't have databases on my account, I created it 2 days ago. I got error when I tried to create a PostgreSQL database as alternative database for phpBB forum:

,,SQL error:

 

ERROR: permission denied to create database

In statement:

CREATE DATABASE "phpBBdb" WITH ENCODING='UTF8',,

 

I tried with other encodings like LATIN1, ISO...

 

Help!

What did you use in cPanel to create the database? Did you try the MySQL Wizard?
