can't log in Cpanel

I have registered an account and have received the e-mail confirming that my web host has been established.

On the contrary, i always can't pass the authentication box (cpanel) when i try going to my domain.

FYI, here's my information:

Domain: zhengyan.heliohost.org/cpanel

username: ci_zy
