can't register in heliohost

I have tried to register into heliohost.org, but I can't. I get this error:

We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later.

I have tried using chrome, firefox and internet explorer, and I get the same error in all of them. What could be wrong. I tried to register several times.
