I am argentinian. username: semelman shared ip: 216.218.192.170 Problem: Every time i enter 216.218.192.170 (my shared ip address) i get the following message: HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. Thanks for choosing HelioHost! We wish you good luck with your website. Sincerely, The HelioHost Staff it definetely has been more than 24 hours. May be i forgot to configure something. any clue? I have access to my cpanel also i had put a simple index.html inside public_html)

You need to be using this: http://marianosemelman.com.ar Normally you would go to your cpanel like this: http://marianosemelman.com.ar/cpanel But it seems you've got some kind of rewrite on it. You can go to the cpanel this way: http://heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.php

Byron Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 Yes you have to use heliohost's dns. We only grant dedicated ips for those who have SSL on thier sites.
