Unable to access my cpanel account and domain.

Hello,

I signed up for a domain on heliohost 3 days ago, my username is ashishd and domain is ashishdeshpande.heliohost.org.

 

However, I am unable to login to the cpanel account and my domain...

 

I recieved conformation email on creating the account on heliohost, is there a problem with my account or is the account creation slow ??

 

What could be the possible problem?

Give it another day or two. We've had a backlog of new accounts and we've shut down new signups for the next few days to give the system time to catch up.
