can't log in to cPanel

I'm 99% sure I'm typing the right password and username but I might not. My url is juaneco.heliohost.org and I'm pretty sure my user name is the same as this one. I don't remember getting any confirmation email from heliohost. Now I'm typing my username to reset my password but I'm not getting a confirmation code to my email. Can anyone help??

Your username is jsoldi but your site is still in the queue. We've had a backlog of new signups and sites have been slow coming out of queue. If it isn't up by tomorrow post back.
