Hi, i want to change my main domain aswell

 

now: notarisreinaldy.web.id

 

and i want to change it to:

 

reinaldy.web.id

 

can someone help me ?

I have set the name servers,

is there a problem with log in to cpanel, because everytime i tried it, i got a blank page, is there a problem ?

and not to rush or anything, just information that i still get the message

"ERROR:> Can't resolve host name. (11004)" for the ftp.reinaldy.web.id

I'm still not seeing any NS Records for that domain name. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to resolve after you've set the nameservers at your registrar.

 

If your able to login you should see the cpanel. Maybe the server was under a heavy load at the time. If your still not able to login, give it another 24 hours.
