Opening Plesk shows network error

When I open plesk from the heliohost dashboard, the following message is shown.

Your Internet access is blocked

Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking firewall and antivirus configurations
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

This usually means either your antivirus or your network is blocking the connection if you are on a school or business connection then the network administrator probably blocked websites of webhosts.

if you are using an antivirus, try disabling it and if that works, then you can report that as a false positive to the antivirus provider.
