I can't see my webpage

I created an account 3 days ago and received this:

I can login into my control panel at http://www.heliohost.org, but not by using http://natalie.heliohost.org/cpanel, also i have uploaded a index.html file to the public_html folder, but still i can't seem to use natalie.heliohost.org. I tried Ctrl + F5 too.

 

Did i do something wrong?, do i need to modify something else?, maybe wait some more days?

The database says your account is active, but try waiting a few more days. Post back if it still doesn't work then.
