Why is my account queued again?

My account was working fine this morning, and now when browsing to the home page, it redirects to the Account Queued page?

 

What I did do was clear out the public_html folder on ftp, would this cause the account queued to show up?

Your ok. Refresh your cache if your still seeing the Queued page. Sometimes when the server is under a very huge load it will return that Queued page.

Thanks byron, it's working now. I thought I had deleted something important in the public_html folder.
