deng yunlan Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 my user name is denglan. i created an addon domain 1webstudio.co.cc two days ago.it seems that the domain is still under configuration. when i visit http://www.1webstudio.co.cc,it says 'HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet'. why it takes so long to setup? please help.
Byron Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 We've had a backlog of new accounts and it's causing people to stay in the queue a little while longer than they normally would. Make sure your seeing your addon domain displayed at your cpanel and just give it a day or two longer.
deng yunlan Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 there is no addon domain displayed on cpanel. but when i try to add 1webstudio.co.cc again, it says "Error from park wrapper: 1webstudio.co.cc is already configured." what's the matter?
