We don't keep backups of your data, if that's what you're asking. Just make a new public_html and you should be alright.

there are no data at all. i just sign up for hosting 2 days ago. there are some default files in the public_html directory when the hosting space is setup. i just want these files back. if i make new public_html directory, i can't have these default files back.

Those default files in the public_html directory are FrontPage extensions and they can be reinstalled at the FrontPage link at your cpanel. The only other default folders are

cgi-bin

images

btw, when you create your new public_html folder from your home directory you need to set permissions to 750.
