Wizard Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 We don't keep backups of your data, if that's what you're asking. Just make a new public_html and you should be alright.
deng yunlan Posted June 3, 2010 Author Posted June 3, 2010 there are no data at all. i just sign up for hosting 2 days ago. there are some default files in the public_html directory when the hosting space is setup. i just want these files back. if i make new public_html directory, i can't have these default files back.
rvt Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Here you go, I zipped up all the default files for you. Just create your own public_html directory and extract the contents of this zip file to that directory. Default files: http://thh1.thehosthelpers.com/helio_default.zip
Byron Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 there are some default files in the public_html directory when the hosting space is setup. i just want these files back. if i make new public_html directory, i can't have these default files back. Those default files in the public_html directory are FrontPage extensions and they can be reinstalled at the FrontPage link at your cpanel. The only other default folders are cgi-bin images btw, when you create your new public_html folder from your home directory you need to set permissions to 750.
deng yunlan Posted June 3, 2010 Author Posted June 3, 2010 i have downloaded these files from the provided link. Thanks for your help.
ThreeAWG Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 I deleted my public_html contents as well. Could anybody repost the default cgi-bin and images? This link above is no longer active.
