ignacio Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 DOMAIN: www.stroitelei.com First at all, thank you for the service you provide. I see in CPanel that awstats, analog and webalizer are locked out by administrator, so can you unlock this services or there is a way for users to do it? thank you again Ignacio
Byron Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 All of those should be enabled. Just click onto the links that say Awstats and Webalizer.
ignacio Posted June 3, 2010 Author Posted June 3, 2010 When I click Awstats and Webalizer this is the message I get: "There are no domains which have Awstats/Webalizer stats to display"
Byron Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I get the same message with Webalizer but Awstats is working for me. How long has your site been up?
Byron Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Ashoat Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 You should be able to view AWStats, but be unable to update it. Is this not the case?
ignacio Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 I'm unable to view Awstats. When I try it I get the message "There are no domains which have awstats stats to display."
Ashoat Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Okay, do this: 1) Select "Choose Log Programs" in your cPanel. 2) Click the checkbox for awstats next to whatever domain you want it for. 3) Wait 24 hours. You should see stats appear for your domain.
ignacio Posted June 5, 2010 Author Posted June 5, 2010 Now I can see Awstats! Once again, thank you for the service you provide
