Tel
Hi I caught a glimpse in one of the posts on HelioNet that accounts are removed are a certain period of inactivity. Just out of curiosity on my part, what does this entail? Inactivty on the forum? Hits on the website? Updates on the website?
Byron
Inactivty on the forum? Hits on the website? Updates on the website? It means inactivity at your cpanel. You need to at least login once every 30 days. If you fail to login every 30 days you will recieve a notice and given a chance to reactivate your account. Then I believe it's 7 days after that your account gets permantly deleted.

Wizard
All such questions have already been answered in the Support FAQ.
Tel
Ah crap, sorry Wizard. I did do a search on the forum for "activity" and came across the Support FAQ, but didn't read it properly. After re-reading it, I see it does state "log into cPanel once a month".
