Sagi4422 Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Hi . I registered to HelioHost 24 hours ago to get web host. I received an email indicating that I am in the queue creation and it will take ~24 hours. I am trying to enter the cPanel with no success. tried to get new password but the email for confirmation didnt come. My user is : sagi4422 . Can you advice? Sagi
Byron Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Your site is still showing as being queued. You might try logging in through the heliohost home page, but more likely it will be another 24 hours. Also you haven't pointed your domain to our nameservers, but you probably already know that. btw, please only make one topic for the same issue.

Wizard Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Did you set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the DNS config for proposediamonds.com?

Wizard Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 The DNS takes time to propagate. Wait 48 hours and everything should be fixed. Wait, do you own "proposediamonds.com"? We don't buy domain names for you, you must already own the domain for it to work.

Thanks. Sagi
Byron Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Your account is still showing as being Queued. We must have had a back log of new registraions. Also when trying to login from the home page, make sure your use ALL lowercase for username and password.
