PDelgado
Greetings HelioHost. Once again I'd like to congratulate you guys on the excellent hosting service. It appears i've exceeded the monthly bandwidth allowance for the month of May. My account is http://cartel.heliohost.org. It tells me to contact an Administrator. rvt
Shouldn't this have just reset since we just started a new month? Or perhaps you used your bandwidth up for the month of June?
Ashoat
Okay, unsuspended. rvt: our system requires a support request to unsuspend your site after bandwidth overuse.
rvt
rvt: our system requires a support request to unsuspend your site after bandwidth overuse. O, I see. Sorry about that then, I'm still learning the intricacies of the different hosts. My mistake.

PDelgado
Hmm.. I checked the bandwidth usage for the month of June (expecting to see a few mb's) and already it's at 450 mb/2500 mb. Does this have anything to do with the ongoing DDoS attacks? And thanks for reinstating the account
Ashoat
If you're getting high bandwidth usage, it's because somebody is using your site. 450 MiB is not enough for a DDoS, but if you were getting DDoS'd we still take your site down after 2.5 GiB of monthly traffic.
