System says this account is active. However, the page says it's queued.

This behavior is by design. The "Account Queued" message persists until the first Apache restart after the account creation.

It took me annoyingly long to figure out, but he's pointing his A record to 65.19.143.3 instead of having NS records to our nameservers.
