If you would like to have your account unsuspended please let us know by opening a support ticket on our forums, and explaining what you will do to reduce the load your website causes. If you're not sure why your website caused so much load we might be able to help you with that as well. Once your account is unsuspended you can keep an eye on the information listed in your dashboard heliohost.org/dashboard/load to make sure you don't get suspended again.
