I have my site technically up, but I get an Internal Server Error when I try accessing it

My site is kortoworlds.co.cc. I can access the CPanel for it and the CPanel works. However, when I go to kortoworlds.co.cc I get a 500 Internal Server Error, and not the index.php that I have already placed in public_html.
