The first time for hatttrick.heliohost.org, and the second time for hattrickmonkey.heliohost.org, but both attempts seem to have failed. The username was "hattrick" in both cases. I received the following email twice: Dear hattrick, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a group for that username already exists.
