camilopez Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Hello My name is Cami Lopez, username camilope I just got my cpanel up today and was trying to install wordpress. Unfortunately this is what it tells me: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 134 bytes) in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico//includes/enc_check.inc.php on line 378 It tells me the same thing when I tried the other two (nucleus,b2evolution) I haven't done anything with my site yet so I don't understand why there would be no memory. Please help! Thanks so much Cami Lopez
Byron Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Try it again in a couple of hours and maybe the server load will be down.
camilopez Posted May 18, 2010 Author Posted May 18, 2010 nope, tried it this morning and got the same thing. I appreciate the help!
Byron Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 You need to wait until the server load is low. Do you know how to check the server load from your cpanel?
Byron Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 You can check server load here. http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/status.html Right now would be a good time to try installing your blog.

serwalk Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 It has been 2 days and still not working but haven't received anymore help....Is there any progress on this? We have to be in hope on an answer.
camilopez Posted May 19, 2010 Author Posted May 19, 2010 I am sure they are working on it. It seems like others are having the same problem so I doubt they will just let it go.
serwalk Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Will wait for it. I saw many posts reg such problem but with other php installations. So this possibly the server resource problems they just have to expand it seems. Probably It would be quicker to install it by our hands?
