Permalinks problem

Hi,

 

I've been using Helio for a few weeks now. I however cannot edit my permalinks in the WordPress admin section. As soon as I click Permalink, I just get a blank page with no sub options that should be there such as custom, post and name, etc. Can you please help me sort this out..
