mafiatic
Hello, I've been using heliohost to host my 1 page website for quite some time. After the recent downtime, my website has not worked yet. It always says "Account Queued." I can login to cpanel but the site just won't appear. Could you please fix it or let me know how long it may take? Thanks EDIT: My username is mafiatic. Byron
This domain: mafiatic.com Isn't pointing to our nameservers. Should be: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
mafiatic
I always used A record to point to heliohost IP address because there are some MX, CNAME, TXT, and SRV records that I cannot let go. I used 65.19.143.3 as the IP address for the A record and it always worked. Can I not still do the same?
Byron
The ip's have changed since the DDoS attack. You could go to your cpanel and see what the new ip is and try it. I would suggest that you use the NS records instead. That way it doesn't matter if the ip changes.
