cPanel inaccessible

I made an account about a week ago, but I still can't access it.

Domain: curio.co.cc

 

The hosting seems to be up and running, but whenever I try to access my control panel log-in, the request simply keeps time-outing. I've tried accessing from both curio.co.cc/cpanel and the login form on heliohost.org (time-outs at www.heliohost.org:2082/login/). The registration e-mail said activating the account should take no more than 48 hours, and while I've kept waiting patiently I'm starting to believe something went bad. I've tried browsing these fora along with heliohost.net for a bit, but I didn't find any notifications related to the error either.

 

Can an administrator perhaps help me? Thanks in advance!

What do you mean it keeps timing out? Is it still asking you for your username and password over and over? Are you making sure you enter everything in lowercase? Try logging in through this url:

That one worked right away, thanks for your help!

 

By timing out I mean the other login URLs don't give any response at all ("Problems loading page; connection was reset while loading"). I never even got to the point where I could enter my login input.

If it times out like that it's usually because the server is under a heavy load which was the case this morning. That may happen again and you'll jus ave to try logging in later. That should be corrected real soon because djbob has aquired another server to handle the load.
