Account suspended

Its been a long time since i have been using heliohost and it has provided great free service.But a few days ago when i tried to login my account it says " Login Failed " and when i try to access my webpage it says account suspended.

 

My login userid is : h3llscre

 

Please re-activate it as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.

 

Edit : Tried the reactivation link but it says - " We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. "
