Wordpress Permalink Setting Page

I have install wordpress blog in my account but Permalink Page is not showing in Wordpress admin panel.

 

Would it my installation problem or some thing else?

i have recenly deploy zulqarnain.us here at this server, script is working fine on other place but here it's generating error please help error is below
