website unreachable

Hi,

After downtime, I can access to CPanel but my simple index page is unreachable.

The URL is http://deborded.co.cc ed the ping output is:

$ ping deborded.co.cc
PING deborded.co.cc (65.19.143.3) 56(84) bytes of data.

--- deborded.co.cc ping statistics ---
401 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 400018ms

Please help.

Well, now the server seems up but my site is still off-line.

Can you solve this?
