Ashoat Posted May 8, 2010 Author Posted May 8, 2010 The script has finished. Apache is restarting as I write this, our main IP has been reset, and the signup script has been reenabled. I'm issuing the email now. Once our colocation provider gets to it, we should be back 100%.
Helladamnleet Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Sweet! So am I correct in assuming my site (along with everyone else's) will be back up tomorrow morning?
Electimortar Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 My site is back up, and I'm wondering why on my forum a slash appears after every " ' ". For example: John/'s. EDIT: The forum software provider just told me that you guys just upgraded to PHP 5.3.x and that you guys have to disable magic quotes. Can you please do that, or tell me how to do it, if I can?
Ashoat Posted May 9, 2010 Author Posted May 9, 2010 Sweet! So am I correct in assuming my site (along with everyone else's) will be back up tomorrow morning?I can't guarantee anything. It all depends on how quickly the colocation provider gets to it, although I can't imagine it coming up later than Monday.

Electimortar Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Oh, sorry. I posted a thread in the support forum: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6187
Scombr0 Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Everything is working on my site again and working smooth, thanks for all your hard work guys
leolink Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 My site is still down, so what do I have to do to make my site back?
Ashoat Posted May 10, 2010 Author Posted May 10, 2010 You'll just have to wait. My guess is that the colocation provider will switch on the IP tomorrow, so you shouldn't have to wait too long
electromoth Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Wow, it works! I'm glad to be a HelioHost customer. Thanks a lot, djbob.
Ashoat Posted May 10, 2010 Author Posted May 10, 2010 I appreciate everyone's support The colocation provider has passed the request up to the database, so as soon as they get to it (presumably today) we'll be back online.
