My Site Cannot Accessed in a Week

I've waited for a week after registration, but it's still showing a connection timeout page.

Well, I know that we are currently having DDoS attacks, but my users haven't been able to visit my two sites for a very long time now.

 

I need to get everything back up and running again, but I need to access my sites to use the backup tools...

 

Would it be possible to restore my site for 5 - 10 min. on a specific time of your convenience?

I don't think you understand. Even if we did restore your sites, you wouldn't be able to access them due to the DDoS attacks.
