Morty plans don't ever go inactive, and you never need to login if your account still has money in it. You will be able to pay for Morty for a year in advance. For instance, if you know your account won't cause very much load you could easily just put $12 into your account and your website would stay online for a year as long as you don't have any load spikes that cause the price to increase.
