Queued. According to djbob, there's nothing wrong with the system, it's just backlogged. You'll have to wait it out though, sorry.

No. You need to log in to cPanel a few times a month for your account to remain active.

Okay, so my webpage dressmedelicious.co.cc is not up, which is unfortunate, after it has been 48 hours. Is this caused by the backlog as well?

Queued account activation is still backlogged. Some websites are still not up because of the DDoS. Both are being solved as we speak. Give it time.

So while my site is already deployed but because of the attack it now says "HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED", is it still going to be the same when it goes online again, nothing lost? Thanks

The activation queue is backed up because of the attack. I can't actually manually activate your account right now. Sorry. However, your account does exist and is on the queue.
