I'm unable to reach my cPanel neither from my domain or from HelioNet Homepage.. I also didn't receive any information regarding ftp server access .. Is HelioNet going to send me another mail or this is the only one after creation? Dear feiyoung, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue.
