I'm aware of the HelioNet is being DDoS attack..

Just a curiousity of asking,

If my account is being created or queue.

I'm unable to reach my cPanel neither from my domain or from HelioNet Homepage..

I also didn't receive any information regarding ftp server access ..

 

Is HelioNet going to send me another mail or this is the only one after creation?
