Hello,

The web site was working for several weeks after we uploaded all necessary files.

Suddenly we received the following Email and immediately accessed the CP and uploaded more files.

"Dear fds,

Your hosting account at HelioHost is about to expire. It will be suspended in seven days on Thursday, April 15th as a result of account inactivity. You should log in to your cPanel ASAP to prevent account suspension.

Regards,

HelioHost Staff"

Today the web site stopped working.

We even tried to activate it at http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php and got the following error message:

'We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. '

We have not broken our terms of service neither did we overused anything.

Please tell us how can you activate it? How can we write a ticket for the support?

Thank you!

seems like, "Your account is not yet suspended, is experiencing a problem which we all are experiencing atm, and is posted in this topic => http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6042

as far as about the notice, it seems that you did'nt had login-ed in your cPanel, in a couple of days, thus the admins or automated warning system, sent you a caution notice. [nothing more than that].
