Website Down, Host Up?

Hey there.

 

For a few weeks, my site has been up (except for downtime) while the host was up. However, my site is down for some reason, both snusite.com and snusite.heliohost.org. I've check the server on the main page, and it says Stevie is still up...and I can access my CPanel. Is there a reason my site is down? When will this be fixed?
