Here is your account information: Username: ************* Password: ************* Domain: ip12.heliohost.org Control Panel URL: http://ip12.heliohost.org/cpanel The account is not enabled (cannot access over http or ftp or cpanel). jje Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Hi, Many members are having the same problem, including me! I signed up a few days ago yet my account still hasn't been activated. According to djbob (the root admin), there was a bug in the Account Creation script, which has put the activation processes behind schedule. I think he has stopped all signup requests for new users so that the ones that registered a few days ago (me and you) can be activated quickly without putting a lot of pressure on the server. JJE
hermetic Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Just a paranoid check -- I signed up yesterday (about 34 hours ago, username 'hermetic') and received the automatic registration email, yet I still can't login to cPanel. Is the account in the activation queue, or was something botched when signups closed? Thanks, and good luck with the DDOS issue.
