eargollo Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Hi HelioNet team, I was very happy to be lucky enough to create an account for hosting a home project with HelioNet. These last few days I worked on bringing a Ruby on Rails app up. I got it functional running in development environment, using SQLite. My plan was to move it to Postgres this week. As I was testing the app today, I landed on the "high load, your account was suspended" page. I guess I know what caused the issue. My app aims to do a stochastic analysis on a soccer championship and show the probabilities of teams to win the title. I guess the analysis running was too compute intensive for the free tier. Could you please unsuspend my account as I don't need to run the simulations in HelioNet. I can run then at home and load them in. What I would love to use HelioNet for is mostly having an online presence. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience, Eduardo
