No access and no email from password reset

Hi,

 

I create a account with the username achr_vav for the domain achr-planeur.

First, after getting the access link by email, I got an error email (error during installation): Account Creation Ok

 

I wasn't able to log in cpanel, even after 48 hours.

Therefore I followed the advice of the error email to redo the creation.

I again get the "Hosting Account Installed!" email, but even after 48 hours, I still can not log in cpanel.

 

I also tried to reset the password on the cpanel login page, but I never receive the corresponding email.

 

What is going wrong?
