GameClaw_268 Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 I started writing a story, and finished the second chapter recently. It's sci-fi and has quite a bit of swearing, so if your not interested or would be offended, don't read it. You need a program that can run MS word files though... Link sorry for having to use freewebs, but its the only thing I've got right now. Quote

Ashoat Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 i prefer teh hotlinking less bw used btw... read 3/4 of it, good content, but not very smooth and some bad grammar. i suggest you fix it up a bit, and finish it, and then try submitting it to some publisher-person. Quote
calvinator Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 Lol, a publisher putting out an 8 page book? I dont think so... Quote
GameClaw_268 Posted March 5, 2005 Author Posted March 5, 2005 I'm just begining this story, I probly go through 20 major revisions before I'm done. Quote
/\/\/\/ Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 i wish you didn't have to download it. i'm normally at the library and downloads are against their rules. Quote
GameClaw_268 Posted March 7, 2005 Author Posted March 7, 2005 well, I wanted to use the html converter, but not IE nor Firefox would run it... Quote
GameClaw_268 Posted March 27, 2005 Author Posted March 27, 2005 I said, it wouldn't run it... stupid MS word... Quote
Ashoat Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 actually, you can just have it as a msword document through teh internet, and you wont have to download anything. just access the word doc. through its exact URL, i believe that should work. Quote
GameClaw_268 Posted March 28, 2005 Author Posted March 28, 2005 how many times do I have to say I tried that? Quote
Korps Commander Posted April 14, 2005 Posted April 14, 2005 Which publisher are you planning to ask to publish your book? Because I have written a 64 page sci-fi novel, and no publisher has accepted it. They say it is good, but I don't meet a requirement. ONE REQUIREMENT THAT I CANNOT CHANGE!! So, if its not too much trouble, could you tell me which publisher you are planning to contact? Quote
GameClaw_268 Posted April 14, 2005 Author Posted April 14, 2005 I have like, 11 pages done, I'm not thinking about publishing it right now. Quote
