[Solved] How can i upload MySql Database

I try upload my DB using phpMyadmin (option Import) but it give me some error

#1044 - Access denied for user 'kolia777'@'localhost' to database 'new_db'

You can't create new databases outside of the cPanel interface. Create the database and user in cPanel, and then import the tables/data through PHPMyAdmin.
