Question About Hosting own .com domain

Here is my domain name and information I was emailed by HeliosHost.

 

Domain: people4m.com

Control Panel URL: http://people4m.com/cpanel

 

My domain is registered with http://www.1and1.com

 

I changed the nameserver as per below:

 

Domain name people4m.com

Name server Other name server:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

 

Currently both the domains http://people4m.com and http://people4m.com/cpanel time out. Please advise.
